Have access to nice kitchen, room that gets alot of sunshine, nice daybed (comfortable/cozy). Must be neat and clean, have job (or reliable source of income), considerate. Parking place (off road driveway), male or female, over 30. Access to phone, television in livingroom, kitchen, washer/dryer in basement, cable hook-up in room to get your own internet/and cable package if desired, fully furnished or change it if you'd like.  5 minutes from SMTC, 10 min from Portland.
